Who We Are

With over 16+ years of expertise in the real estate industry, Beau Eckstein provides a unique perspective to the market with a diverse background.

His experience extends from real estate sales to residential mortgage lending, commercial finance, construction financing, and private money loans.

He currently serves as Managing Partner of SFR Ventures, Inc., the origination arm of a private money fund specializing in construction and renovation loans. Beau is continually evaluating the real estate market, creating marketing campaigns that work around the clock, and focusing on structuring loan requests to create win-win situations that earn repeat business.

His passion is in helping builders, developers, investors, and property owners find the best loan for their opportunity. In addition, he is the founder of one of California’s top investor meetups with over 300 members.

Recently, Beau’s skills and magnetic personality landed him as a cast member of HGTV’s “Flip It to Win It” where he competed against other real estate investors in flipping foreclosed and distressed properties.
